APPROACHES FROM THE WEST. RAIN CHANCES ACROSS THE BURN SITE
WILL REMAIN VERY LOW UNTIL EARLY EVENING...AFTER WHICH PROBABILITIES
WILL INCREASE QUICKLY. AN ISOLATED SHOWER COULD OCCUR ALONG
THE INLAND MOVING SEA BREEZE...BUT IMPACTS WILL BE MINIMAL.
