.DISCUSSION...CLOUDY SKIES WILL PERSIST THROUGH THE DAY TODAY WITH
RAIN SHOWERS MOVING IN FROM THE SOUTHWEST IN THE AFTERNOON. AN
AREA OF LOW PRESSURE FROM THE SOUTH WILL PHASE WITH A SECOND AREA
OF LOW PRESSURE FROM THE NORTHWEST ACROSS THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES
LATER TODAY AND EVENTUALLY BECOME REDEFINED DURING THE DAY FRIDAY
OVER ONTARIO. EXPECTING TO SEE AROUND A QUARTER OF AN INCH OF
RAINFALL NEAR THE BURN SITE TODAY AND TONIGHT...AND AN ADDITIONAL
TENTH OR TWO OF AN INCH THROUGH TOMORROW AS THE RAIN SHOWERS
PERSIST. WINDS TODAY WILL REMAIN FAIRLY LIGHT FROM THE SOUTHWEST
AND SHIFT TO THE NORTHWEST LATE TONIGHT.
