THE 30 PERCENT RANGE WEDNESDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS OVER THE
AREA. NORTHWEST WINDS WILL BE ELEVATED TODAY REACHING NEAR 30 MPH
AT TIMES BEFORE RELAXING OVERNIGHT AND THROUGH THE DAY WEDNESDAY.
