THE TROUGH WILL ALSO ENHANCE THE DIURNAL WINDS WITH A SLIGHT
INCREASE IN WESTERLY AND SOUTHWESTERLY WINDS OVER THE RIDGES BY
AFTERNOON. A WEAK RIDGE ALOFT AND LIGHT WINDS WILL RETURN ON
WEDNESDAY BRINGING SOME WARMING AND DRYING.
