.DISCUSSION...
A SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST WIND IN THE 10 TO 15 MPH RANGE WILL PREVAIL THROUGH
SUNSET.  THE WIND WILL TURN MORE WESTERLY DURING THE EVENING AT SPEEDS
BETWEEN 5 AND 8 MPH JUST AHEAD OF A COLD FRONT.  THE COLD FRONT WILL MOVE
ACROSS MONTAGUE COUNTY SHORTLY AFTER MIDNIGHT AND TURN THE WIND TO THE NORTH/
NORTHWEST AT SPEEDS BETWEEN 5 AND 10 MPH.  RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES WILL
INCREASE BETWEEN 75 AND 80 PERCENT OVERNIGHT AND FALL TO AROUND 45 PERCENT
THURSDAY AFTERNOON. MORNING LOWS WILL BE AROUND 49 DEGREES WITH AFTERNOON HIGHS
THURSDAY AROUND 58.
