.DISCUSSION...Dry conditions will persist through Thursday under mostly clear
skies. Light southeast to east winds tonight will shift to the southwest by
late Thursday morning. Winds will increase from the southwest during the late
morning hours into the afternoon and early evening. Temperatures will fall to
below freezing tonight, warming steadily into the upper 60s and lower 70s
Thursday.
