.DISCUSSION...Strong onshore flow will support a rapidly deepening
marine layer from 1000 to 1500 feet today to 4000 feet by Thursday
evening and up to 5000 feet Thursday night. This will support
breezy southerly winds by the afternoon with humidities well above
critical levels. Friday will continue to be breezy with a deep
marine layer. Patchy drizzle is possible Thursday but more likely
Friday morning. A warming and drying trend is expected this weekend
into early next week with highs into the 80s by Sunday and
humidities approaching critical values.

Sky/weather.........Cloudy then becoming mostly sunny.
Temperature.........58 at ignition...Max 69.
RH..................75 percent at ignition...Min 45 percent.
Eye level winds.....South winds up to 3 mph at ignition...
                    becoming south to southwest 6 to 8 mph
                    with gusts to 13 mph by the afternoon.

                    becoming south to southwest 10 to 15 mph with
                    gusts to 25 mph by the afternoon.
