.DISCUSSION...HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE REGION WILL BEGIN TO SHIFT EASTWARD
TODAY INTO WEDNESDAY AS AN UPPER LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM APPROACHES THE CENTRAL
CALIFORNIA COAST FROM THE WEST. HUMIDITY RECOVERIES ARE EXPECTED TO BE GOOD
THIS MORNING...AND VERY GOOD TONIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY AS THE UPPER TROUGH MOVES
CLOSER TO THE AREA PRODUCING A DEEPER MARINE LAYER AND STRENGTHENING ONSHORE
GRADIENTS. WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO BE LIGHT AND SOUTHERLY TODAY AND TUESDAY
NIGHT...BUT ARE EXPECTED TO INCREASE FROM THE SOUTHWEST ON WEDNESDAY. DAYTIME
HUMIDITIES WILL FALL INTO THE LOWER TO MID 20`S THIS AFTERNOON.

A COOLING AND MOISTENING TREND IS EXPECTED WEDNESDAY THROUGH LATE IN THE WEEK
AS THE TROUGH APPROACHES AND MOVES OVER THE AREA. THERE WILL BE A CHANCE OF
