.DISCUSSION...A moist southwest flow with a trough of low pressure
along the West Coast will continue across the burn area into
Wednesday bringing continued cool and cloudy conditions along with a
chance of showers. The trough along the West Coast will pivot and
dig south late Wednesday. Drier and breezy conditions should prevail
into Friday while weak high pressure builds in aloft.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy. Chance of rain.
Max temperature.....50-54 degrees.
Min humidity........75-79 percent.
Eye level winds.....South winds around 3 mph with gusts up to 8 mph.
Wind (20 ft)........
 Slope/valley.......South winds 5 to 10 mph with gusts up to 20 mph.
 Ridgetop...........Southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 40 mph.
Mixing height.......1000 ft AGL or less increasing to 4000-5000 ft AGL
                    early in the afternoon.
Transport winds.....Southwest around 15 mph.
