FOG TO DEVELOP LATE TONIGHT OVER THE BURN SITE...AND THE SMOKE IN
THE ATMOSPHERE WILL ALSO SETTLE DOWN TO THE GROUND LATE TONIGHT.
SO VISIBILITIES COULD FALL DOWN TO 1 TO 3 MILES IN THE SMOKE AND FOG
LATE TONIGHT INTO EARLY THURSDAY MORNING.
