.DISCUSSION...A storm system will descend into the region later today
bringing gusty northwest winds to the spot location.  In addition, there
will be a chance of rain showers and a slight chance of an isolated
thunderstorm in the vicinity of the spot location.  It is unlikely that
these showers will bring wetting rains to the spot location, unless a
stronger storm cell move directly over the spot location.  Winds weaken
significantly and veer to become more northerly for Friday.  Fair humidities.

                    Chance of rain showers and slight chance of
                    thunderstorms.
