DEGREES WARMER THAN SUNDAY. ON TUESDAY AN UPPER LEVEL TROUGH WILL BE
MOVING ACROSS SOUTHERN BC INTO THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST DURING THE DAY.
THIS WILL BRING INCREASING WESTERLY WINDS IN THE AFTERNOON. THE
UPPER TROUGH MOVES SLOWLY ACROSS THE FORECAST AREA TUESDAY NIGHT
INTO WEDNESDAY. LOOKS TO BE A FAIRLY DRY SYSTEM WITH PARTLY CLOUDY
AND COOLER CONDITIONS.
