.DISCUSSION....Expect rain today and tonight as a cold front stalls then
dissipates over the area, then a warm front lifts north into Western
Washington. South winds to 10 MPH becoming light NE this evening,
then switching back to south after midnight tonight. Temperatures
in the 40s.

A strong cold front will move across the region on Tuesday for
moderate to heavy showers and stronger south winds, 15 to 30 MPH,
during the early afternoon and continuing into the evening.

 Forecast for 20 foot wind speed (valleys and ridge tops) are 10
 minute averages reflecting RAWS winds.
