.DISCUSSION...HIGH PRESSURE IS SHIFTING EAST TODAY ALLOWING
SOUTHERLY FLOW ALOFT AND ASSOCIATED MONSOONAL MOISTURE TO SURGE
NORTH INTO THE AREA. CURRENTLY SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS REMAIN
SOUTH OF THE UT/AZ BORDER BUT THEY ARE EXPECTED TO BEGIN
DEVELOPING OVER AND AROUND THE PINE VALLEY MOUNTAINS AFTER 2200
THIS AFTERNOON. A WEAK WAVE OVER WESTERN ARIZONA WILL TRACK
THROUGH THE AREA LATE TONIGHT AND TOMORROW MORNING MAINTAINING
SHOWER AND STORM THREATS AND A HIGH LIKELIHOOD OF WETTING RAINS
OVER THE NEXT 24 HOURS TIME. AS THE WAVE PASSES NORTH LATE
TOMORROW MORNING SHOWERS AND STORMS SHOULD BEGIN TO DISSIPATE FOR
THE AFTERNOON HOURS.

BOTTOM LINE...SURFACE HUMIDITY WILL TREND TO INCREASE AND REMAIN
ELEVATED. A HIGH LIKELIHOOD OF WETTING RAINS EXISTS OVER THE
NEXT 24 HOURS.
