.DISCUSSION...A cool northwest flow will remain over the project
tonight through Wednesday. The airmass becomes drier and more
stable Wednesday and only a few flat cumulus are expected with
higher clouds increasing in the afternoon. Transport winds will
also become lighter Wednesday and clearing indices will just reach
500. Winds pick up Thursday ahead of a cold front with clearing
indices rising back to 1000+ and a chance of showers developing in
the afternoon.
