WILL INCREASE DISPERSION INDICES BETWEEN 80-100 AND POSSIBLY
OVER 100 BRIEFLY LATE IN THE AFTERNOON. EXPECTED ARRIVAL TIME OF HIGH
DISPERSIONS TO BURN SITE IS 3 PM. OTHERWISE...HAZARDOUS FIRE WEATHER
CONDITIONS ARE NOT EXPECTED. THOUGH THE BURN LOCATION IS ON THE EASTERN
FRINGE OF WHERE SCATTERED STORMS WILL DEVELOP LATE THIS AFTERNOON.
