.DISCUSSION...

For today, winds will remain under 10mph and will be out of the northwest
this morning and shift to the north and northeast by 1pm into the mid
afternoon before shifting back to the north by 7am on Monday morning.
Precipitation should hold off today until after 7pm tonight.  Greatest
chances for rain increase into the midnight time frame before coming to an
end completely around 9am Monday morning.  Minimum RH values today will be
in the lower 60s and remain in a similar range on Monday afternoon.  Mixing
heights today should reach up to 2500ft and 4000ft on Monday afternoon.  Vent
rates should be sufficient for burning this afternoon and Monday afternoon.
