WEDNESDAY...LEADING TO A WIND SWITCH TO A SOUTHWESTERLY DIRECTION
BY LATE MORNING OR MIDDAY. WINDS SHOULD BE LIGHT THROUGH THE
MORNING...THEN GRADUALLY INCREASE INTO THE 10 TO 20 MPH RANGE BY
MID AFTERNOON. WINDS SHOULD SUBSIDE AS SUNSET APPROACHES. MOISTURE
RETURN WILL NOT BE SUBSTANTIAL ENOUGH TO KEEP RH VALUES
UP...ESPECIALLY WITH TEMPS GETTING WARMER. THUS...EXPECT 25 TO 30
