A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE ACROSS THE BURN SITE ON WEDNESDAY WHICH
WILL INCREASE WINDS AND TURN THEM NORTHWEST TO NORTH.  GUSTY
CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED THROUGH THE AFTERNOON.  AFTERNOON
HUMIDITY LEVELS WILL DROP INTO THE MID 30 PERCENT RANGE.
