WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A WEAK RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 29.9 INCHES
WILL MOVE ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES REGION OVERNIGHT. LOW PRESSURE OF
29.5 INCHES OVER THE NORTHERN PLAINS WILL TRACK EAST TO NORTHERN
MINNESOTA BY MONDAY EVENING. THIS LOW WILL TRACK NORTH INTO
SOUTHWESTERN ONTARIO TUESDAY WHILE AN ASSOCIATED COLD FRONT SWEEPS
ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.4 INCHES WILL BUILD
ACROSS THE PLAINS BEHIND THE FRONT. BY WEDNESDAY, THE LOW WILL
MOVE TO JAMES BAY AS THE HIGH PRESSURE SPREADS SOUTH AND EAST TO
THE OHIO VALLEY AND MIDDLE MISSISSIPPI VALLEY. BY THURSDAY
MORNING, THE LOW WILL SHIFT ACROSS QUEBEC WHILE FILLING TO 29.5
INCHES. THE RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE WILL CONTINUE TO SPREAD SOUTH
TO THE GULF OF MEXICO...WHILE THE CENTER OF THE HIGH SETTLES INTO
THE NORTHERN PLAINS AT 30.8 INCHES.
