.SYNOPSIS...A 30.4 INCH HIGH WILL EXTEND FROM JAMES BAY TO CENTRAL
QUEBEC OVERNIGHT. MEANWHILE A 29.6 INCH LOW ALONG THE CAROLINA
COAST WILL SLOWLY TRACK NORTHEASTWARD ALONG EASTERN ATLANTIC COAST
MID-WEEK. THEN A 29.3 INCH LOW WILL DEVELOP ACROSS THE MID-WEST
AND MOVE ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES REGION THURSDAY WITH AN ASSOCIATED
COLD FRONT FORECAST TO CROSS THE LAKE THURSDAY EVENING. A WEAK
30.0 INCH HIGH WILL BUILD BEHIND THE FRONT AND ACROSS THE AREA ON
