WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS, WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVE, ALONG WITH THE
AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10% OF THE WAVES WHICH WILL
OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.5 INCH LOW PRESSURE OVER THE OHIO VALLEY WILL
TRACK OVER THE LOWER GREAT LAKES AND MID ATLANTIC BY THIS EVENING
AND MOVE EAST OF NEW ENGLAND BY FRIDAY EVENING. A 29.9 INCH RIDGE
EXTENDING FROM NORTHERN QUEBEC TO THE UPPER GREAT LAKES WILL SHIFT
TO THE LOWER GREAT LAKES BY LATE FRIDAY AS LOW PRESSURE OF 29.4
INCHES MOVES INTO CENTRAL MANITOBA. THIS LOW WILL WEAKEN TO 29.5
INCHES OVER NORTHERN ONTARIO ON SATURDAY AND REMAIN NEARLY
STATIONARY THROUGH SUNDAY. THE LOW WILL MOVE INTO NORTHERN QUEBEC
BY MONDAY EVENING.
