This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central New York and
northeast Pennsylvania.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Runoff from rain late today through Friday night will cause rivers
and streams to rise into the weekend, possibly contributing to minor
flooding for some spots. Monitor river conditions and forecasts
closely if you live in a flood prone area.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central New York and
northeast Pennsylvania.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

A system will spread mainly rain across the region late today through
tonight. However, temperatures east of Interstate 81 in Central New
York will be cold enough for a wintry mix of snow sleet and freezing
rain for some locations. Higher elevations in Northeast PA east of
Interstate 81 could also get a light amount of ice. Slick roads could
result. Monitor the forecast for updates.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Rain will continue across the region Friday through early Saturday,
but with temperatures cold enough for freezing rain at higher
elevations east of Interstate 81, especially in Central New York
Friday morning and again Friday night to Saturday morning. Slick
roads could result.
