This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central New York and
northeast Pennsylvania.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

The probability for widespread hazardous weather is low.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

A cold front will move across the region on Thursday and may produce
showers and thunderstorms. Some of these storms may become severe.
The primary threat will be locally heavy rain and damaging winds. The
threat for heavy rain may prevail through Thursday night. Heavy rain
could cause localized flash flooding.
