TEXAS COASTAL WATERS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

AREAS OF DENSE FOG WILL BE POSSIBLE EARLY THIS MORNING ACROSS WEBB
COUNTY AND THE CITY OF LAREDO.

ISOLATED TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS THE
EASTERN HALF OF SOUTH TEXAS AND THE ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS
TODAY...PRIMARILY THIS MORNING. AN ISOLATED STORM MAY PRODUCE SOME
SMALL HAIL...BUT THE OVERALL THUNDERSTORM THREAT IS LOW TODAY.

WIND SPEEDS ACROSS THE GULF WATERS MAY APPROACH SMALL CRAFT
ADVISORY LEVELS TONIGHT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY

BRIEF SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY CONDITIONS WILL BE POSSIBLE OVER THE GULF
WATERS BEHIND A COLD FRONT TUESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH TUESDAY NIGHT.
SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY CONDITIONS WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE THROUGH THE
DAY THURSDAY WITH INCREASING ONSHORE FLOW AND ELEVATED SEAS..
