* TIMING: SNOW RETURNING ON WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY TO THE HIGH
  SIERRA.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS: 12 TO 24 INCHES. HIGHEST AMOUNTS IN
  YOSEMITE NATIONAL PARK.

* ELEVATION: STARTING OUT AROUND 8000 FEET WEDNESDAY THEN LOWERING
  TO NEAR 5000 FEET THURSDAY.

* LOCATIONS INCLUDE: YOSEMITE NATIONAL PARK...SIERRA NATIONAL
  FOREST...KINGS CANYON NATIONAL PARK.

* IMPACTS: RAPIDLY CHANGING WEATHER CONDITIONS FOR HIKERS AND
  BACKPACKERS. SNOW CAUSING POSSIBLE ROAD CLOSURES AND DANGEROUS
