This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of southeast New
Mexico, southwest Texas and western Texas.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

Near critical fire weather conditions, consisting of dry and
breezy conditions, will affect portions of the southeastern New
Mexico plains and northwest Permian Basin this afternoon.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

Strong winds will be possible in the Guadalupe Mountains Thursday,
while windy, warm and dry conditions could bring critical fire
weather conditions over much of southeastern New Mexico and west
Texas Thursday morning, afternoon and evening.
