...ISOLATED TO SCATTERED STORMS ACROSS SOUTH FLORIDA...

This hazardous weather outlook is for South Florida.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

Rip currents: There is High Risk of rip currents for all the Atlantic
coastal areas of South Florida.

Thunderstorms: Isolated to scattered thunderstorms are possible today
over South Florida. The primary impacts will be lightning strikes.

Waves: Northeast swells of 5 to 8 feet will generate seas of 6 to
8 feet in Palm Beach Waters through tonight.

Flooding: There could be some flooding along the beaches of Palm
Beach County during high tide today. Therefore, a High Surf Advisory
in effect for the beaches of Palm Beach County.


.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

Long period northeast swells from Hurricane Maria will continue to
lead to an enhancement of rip currents along all Atlantic beaches for
most of this week.

The High Surf Advisory is in effect through Tuesday evening for the
beaches of Palm Beach County, as flooding could occur during high
tides along the beaches of Palm Beach County.

Marine hazardous conditions will continue to spread southward along
the Atlantic waters through early this week due to the long period
of northeast swells.
