THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHWEST
IOWA...WEST CENTRAL IOWA...EAST CENTRAL NEBRASKA...NORTHEAST
NEBRASKA AND SOUTHEAST NEBRASKA.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT AND THURSDAY

Severe thunderstorms with tornadoes are possible along and
south of line from Red Oak Iowa to Beatrice Nebraska. Large hail,
up to grapefruit sized, and damaging winds are possible. Strong
instability and directional shear will sustain storms. The
axis of severe storms capable of producing tornadoes will shift
south as the the evening progresses. Additional thunderstorms,
some severe, will be possible overnight.  The main threat from
these storms will be large hail, damaging winds and heavy
rainfall that may produce flash flooding.


.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY NIGHT THROUGH WEDNESDAY

Additional chances for severe thunderstorms will come Thursday
afternoon and evening along a front meandering across the outlook
area. Large hail and damaging winds will be the main threat with
storms. Training storms may lead to flooding and flash flooding.

Thunderstorm chances continue Sunday through Monday night in
association with upper level weather system moving across the
region.
