This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central North Carolina.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

Internet for more information about the following hazards.

   Flood Watch.
   Tornado Watch.

Scattered severe thunderstorms will move northeast across central
North Carolina through this evening. Damaging wind gusts, large
hail, and a few tornadoes will be possible. In addition, excessive
rainfall will occur with the larger storms which will lead to
localized flash flooding.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Mostly small hail will accompany thunderstorms on Thursday, though
some as large as one inch in diameter will be possible in the most
intense storms.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will likely be needed through late this evening.
