AN ANOMALOUS AND UNSEASONABLY AMPLIFIED UPPER LEVEL TROUGH OVER THE
EASTERN UNITED STATES WILL PRODUCE WIDESPREAD SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS THROUGH MID WEEK. ISOLATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL
BE POSSIBLE...PRIMARILY DURING THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING HOURS ON
TUESDAY. ISOLATED FLASH FLOODING WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE...PRIMARILY
IN URBAN AREAS.
