MONROE HARBOR TO BOLLES HARBOR OF REFUGE...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20
KNOTS.

THE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR...
LAKE ERIE METROPARK HARBOR AND DETROIT RIVER LIGHT AROUND 100 AM EDT.
