CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCATED 30 NM SOUTH
THROUGH SOUTHEAST OF CAPE FEAR...MOVING TO THE SOUTHWEST AT 25 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
