THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED NEAR MARINELAND...OR 7 NM NORTHEAST OF PALM
COAST...MOVING WEST AT 20 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
