CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS
LOCATED 18 NM SOUTHWEST OF SOUTHWEST PASS OF MISSISSIPPI RIVER...
MOVING NORTHWEST AT 25 KNOTS.
