...BRIEF GUSTY WINDS MOVING INTO AREAS OF DENSE FOG THIS MORNING...

Rain showers moving into an area of dense fog over the middle and
lower Maryland Chesapeake Bay and Potomac south of Indian Head
will produce a brief wind gust of 15 to 20 knots as they pass.

In addition, areas of dense fog with visibility of less than one
nautical mile will occur through 11 am this morning. Local
visibility of less than one quarter nautical mile is possible in
spots.

Mariners navigating the waters should exercise caution and follow
the US Coast Guard Rule of Conduct of vessels in restricted
visibility.
