LOCATED OVER MID POINT OF SOUTH CREEK...OR 8 NM NORTHWEST OF
HOBUCKEN...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 KNOTS.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
THE VICINITY OF BATH CREEK...THE VICINITY OF SLADES CREEK...MID POINT
OF SOUTH CREEK...THE VICINITY OF PAMLICO BEACH...THE VICINITY OF
BELHAVEN AND BATH.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
