...DENSE FOG OVER THE COASTAL WATERS THIS MORNING...

AREAS OF DENSE FOG WILL CONTINUE OVER THE COASTAL WATERS OF SAN
DIEGO COUNTY THIS MORNING. MARINERS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR
VISIBILITY RESTRICTIONS OF 1 NM OR LESS. WHEN ENCOUNTERING DENSE
FOG...REDUCE SPEEDS...BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR ROCKS AND OTHER
VESSELS...AND USE RADAR OR GPS NAVIGATION IF AVAILABLE.

DUE TO A CONTINUED SHALLOW MARINE LAYER...THERE IS A CHANCE FOR
DENSE FOG TO RE-DEVELOP OVER THE COASTAL WATERS TONIGHT INTO
THURSDAY MORNING AND AGAIN THURSDAY NIGHT INTO FRIDAY MORNING.
