AT 401 PM AST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
STRONG THUNDERSTORM...ABOUT 4 NM SOUTH OF PUNTA CADENA...MOVING
WEST AT 10 KNOTS. THIS THUNDERSTORM IS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING
TORRENTIAL RAINFALL...STRONG WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...AS WELL AS SUDDEN
WATERSPOUTS AND INTENSE LIGHTNING.

MARINERS CAN EXPECT HEAVY RAIN...STRONG GUSTY WINDS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES WITH THESE THUNDERSTORMS. BOATERS
SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THESE STORMS PASS.
