.THE PRESSURE GRADIENT WILL INCREASE OVER THE NORTHWEST GULF OF
MEXICO THROUGH WEDNESDAY AS TROPICAL STORM DOLLY...OVER THE
SOUTHWESTERN GULF OF MEXICO...MOVES TO THE WEST AND NORTHWEST
INTO THE NORTHEAST MEXICO COAST EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING. SWELLS
WILL INCREASE THROUGH TONIGHT WITH SEAS BUILDING TO NEAR 8 FEET
OVER THE OFFSHORE WATERS.

  KNOTS THIS AFTERNOON AND CONTINUE THROUGH THE NIGHT BEFORE
  DIMINISHING TO 15 TO 20 KNOTS BY WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON. SEAS
  WILL BUILD TO AROUND 8 FEET THIS EVENING AND CONTINUE THROUGH
  WEDNESDAY MORNING.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 20 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR SEAS OF 7 FEET OR GREATER ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS. MARINERS SHOULD PAY CLOSE
ATTENTION TO THE MARINE FORECAST...AND CONSIDER WIND AND SEA
