BELOW ADVISORY LEVELS...HOWEVER SMALL CRAFT SHOULD CONTINUE TO
EXERCISE CAUTION. MODERATE TO STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW AND LARGE SEAS WILL
CONTINUE TONIGHT ACROSS THE OFFSHORE WATERS. OFFSHORE FLOW WILL
GRADUALLY DIMINISH THROUGH EARLY TUESDAY MORNING.
