WATERS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH AT LEAST TONIGHT. SEAS WILL
GRADUALLY BUILD THROUGH THE PERIOD AS WELL. WINDS WILL GRADUALLY
IMPROVE ON SATURDAY...BUT SMALL CRAFT ADVISORIES MAY NEED TO BE

* WINDS AND WAVES: NORTHEAST WIND 20 TO 25 KNOTS TODAY. INCREASING
  TO AROUND 25 KNOTS FROM THE EAST TONIGHT WITH A FEW GUSTS TO
  NEAR GALE FORCE. SEAS BUILDING TO 7 TO 10 FEET BY TONIGHT.
  OCCASIONALLY HIGHER SEAS ARE LIKELY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 20 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR SEAS OF 7 FEET OR GREATER ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS. MARINERS SHOULD PAY CLOSE
ATTENTION TO THE MARINE FORECAST...AND CONSIDER WIND AND SEA
CONDITIONS IN PLANNING.
