.COLDER AIR WILL CONTINUE TO SURGE INTO THE AREA IN THE WAKE OF A
DEPARTING LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM OVER ONTARIO. AS THE COLDER AIR
FLOWS ACROSS THE RELATIVELY WARM WATERS OF THE LAKE AND BAY...
STRONG WINDS ALOFT WILL BE BROUGHT DOWN TOWARD THE SURFACE.

* WINDS...WEST WINDS TO 30 KNOTS ARE EXPECTED TONIGHT. A FEW GALE
  FORCE GUSTS TO 35 KNOTS ARE POSSIBLE THIS EVENING. WINDS WILL
  SHIFT NORTHWEST AT 15 TO 25 KNOTS BY THURSDAY MORNING... THEN
  CONTINUE THURSDAY NIGHT.

* WAVES...WAVES OF 4 TO 6 FEET ARE EXPECTED THROUGH TONIGHT...THEN
  WAVES WILL SLOWLY SUBSIDE TO 2 TO 4 FEET THURSDAY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OVER 20 KNOTS OR
WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
