CRAFT ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM THIS EVENING TO
1 AM EST TUESDAY.

* LOCATION...THE ATLANTIC COASTAL WATERS ADJACENT TO DELAWARE AND
  NEW JERSEY.

* WINDS...SOUTH SOUTHWEST 10 TO 20 KT WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 KT
  TONIGHT AND MONDAY MORNING. AN ABRUPT SHIFT TO WESTERLY WINDS OF
  10 TO 15 KT WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 KT IS EXPECTED TOMORROW
  AFTERNOON. ISOLATED 35 KT GUSTS ARE POSSIBLE PRIMARILY MONDAY
  MORNING.

* SEAS...3 TO 6 FEET.

* TIMING...THE STRONGEST SOUTH SOUTHWESTERLY WINDS ARE EXPECTED
  FROM AFTER SUNRISE THROUGH THE LATE MORNING. THE STRONGEST
  WESTERLY WINDS ARE EXPECTED JUST BEHIND THE COLD FRONT TOMORROW
  AFTERNOON. SEAS WILL INCREASE BY SUNRISE TOMORROW MORNING AND
  WILL NOT DROP OFF UNTIL LATE TOMORROW EVENING.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 25 TO 33 KNOTS
