A GALE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM PDT THURSDAY.

* WINDS TONIGHT: GUSTY SOUTH WINDS WILL INCREASE AND SPREAD ACROSS
  ALL COASTAL WATERS. WINDS WILL BECOME SOUTH 20 TO 25 KT...WITH
  GUSTS UP TO 40 KT THIS EVENING...AND CONTINUE OVERNIGHT.

* TIMING OF STRONGEST WINDS: BETWEEN 11 PM THIS EVENING AND 4 AM
  THURSDAY.

* LOCATION OF STRONGEST WINDS: WITHIN 20 MILES OF THE COAST...AND
  OVER THE OREGON COASTAL WATERS.

* SEAS: 10 TO 13 FT TODAY INTO THIS EVENING. BUT WITH INCREASED
  WINDS...WIND DRIVEN CHOPPY SEAS WILL PEAK AT 14 TO 18 FT
  LATER TONIGHT...THEN SLOWLY SUBSIDE ON THURSDAY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A GALE WARNING MEANS WINDS OF 34 TO 47 KNOTS ARE IMMINENT OR
OCCURRING. OPERATING A VESSEL IN GALE CONDITIONS REQUIRES
EXPERIENCE AND PROPERLY EQUIPPED VESSELS. IT IS HIGHLY
RECOMMENDED THAT MARINERS WITHOUT THE PROPER EXPERIENCE SEEK SAFE
HARBOR PRIOR TO THE ONSET OF GALE CONDITIONS.
