SITUK RIVER VICINITY. THE SITUK RIVER REMAINS BELOW BANK FULL BUT
CULVERTS ARE OBSERVED TO BE FULL AND ROADWAY PONDING IS LIKELY.
PERSONS SHOULD TAKE ACTION TO MINIMIZE PROPERTY DAMAGE AS HEAVY
RAINS ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE THROUGH THE NIGHT AND INTO SUNDAY.
SUSTAINED EAST WINDS OF UP TO 20 MPH ARE EXPECTED TO ACCOMPANY THE
HEAVY RAIN. RAINFALL RATES OF A TENTH TO A QUARTER OF AN INCH PER
HOUR ARE EXPECTED WITH NEW RAINFALL TOTALS EXCEEDING TWO INCHES
THROUGH SUNDAY NIGHT.
