PRE DAWN HOURS. RAINFALL AMOUNTS BETWEEN MIDNIGHT AND 5 AM
WILL AVERAGE 1 TO 3 TENTHS OF AN INCH. TEMPERATURES BETWEEN
50 AND 55 DEGREES AT MIDNIGHT WILL DROP SLOWLY AND REACH THE
UPPER 40S IN MANY LOCATIONS AROUND DAYBREAK. WINDS WILL BE
LIGHT AND VARIABLE.
