WILL AFFECT PORTIONS OF SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS. THE HEAVIEST
RAINFALL...WITH RAIN RATES OF 2-3 INCHES PER HOUR...WILL FALL
ACROSS MUCH OF CALDWELL AND GUADALUPE COUNTIES. OCCASSIONAL
LIGHTNING IS ALSO POSSIBLE. MANY OF THE ROADS WILL SEE STANDING
WATER SO ITS A GOOD IDEA TO DELAY THE MORNING COMMUTE UNTIL WATERS
HAVE RECEDED.
