VALLEYS AND LOW LYING AREAS IN EASTERN NEBRASKA. SOME PATCHY DENSE
FOG WAS NOTED AROUND CLARINDA. WITH CALM TO LIGHT WINDS...LOOK FOR
THE FOG TO CONTINUE AND GRADUALLY IMPROVE THROUGH MID MORNING. IN
AREAS WHERE VISIBILITIES ARE RESTRICTED...SLOW DOWN AND KEEP
PLENTY OF DISTANCE BETWEEN VEHICLES.
