WATCH...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM SUNDAY MORNING THROUGH SUNDAY
EVENING.

* LOCATION...SOUTHERN PANHANDLE WITH STRONGEST WINDS ALONG THE
  OUTER COAST AND CHANNELED TERRAIN SUSCEPTIBLE TO SOUTHEASTERLY
  WINDS.

* WINDS...SOUTHWESTERLY WINDS 25 MPH IN THE MORNING BECOMING
  SOUTHEASTERLY AND INCREASING POSSIBLY AS HIGH AS 45 MPH WITH
  GUSTS TO 60 MPH.

* TIMING...INCREASING RAPIDLY BY MID MORNING...THEN DIMINISHING
  RAPIDLY AFTER FRONTAL PASSAGE LATE SUNDAY AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...HIGH WINDS MAY CAUSE TREES AND BRANCHES TO FALL ONTO
  ROADWAYS...STRUCTURES...AND POWER LINES. HIGH WIND MAY ALSO
  POSE A THREAT TO SMALL CRAFT UNDERWAY OR AT THEIR MOORINGS AS
  WELL AS AIRCRAFT TIED DOWN OUTDOORS.
