* IMPACTS...STRONG WINDS AND ROUGH WAVES ON LAKE MOULTRIE WILL
  MAKE CONDITIONS DIFFICULT FOR SMALL CRAFT.

* TEMPERATURES...IN THE UPPER 20S FRIDAY NIGHT AND SATURDAY

* TIMING...DROPPING BELOW FREEZING LATE FRIDAY EVENING BEFORE
  RISING ABOVE FREEZING BETWEEN 8 AND 9 AM SATURDAY. FREEZE
  DURATION OF 5 TO 8 HOURS POSSIBLE.
