THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHARLESTON HAS ISSUED A DENSE FOG
ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EST THIS MORNING.

* VISIBILITIES...WIDESPREAD DENSE SEA FOG WILL CONTINUE TO SPREAD
  INLAND THIS MORNING. VISIBILITIES WILL DROP TO 1/4 MILE OR LESS.
  NEAR ZERO VISIBILITIES WILL BE POSSIBLE NEAR BODIES OF WATER
  SUCH AS RIVERS...MARSHES AND SWAMPS.

* IMPACTS...LOW VISIBILITY WILL MAKE TRAVEL DIFFICULT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

BE PREPARED FOR INCREASED TRAVEL TIME. IF DRIVING...SLOW DOWN...
USE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS...AND LEAVE PLENTY OF DISTANCE AHEAD OF
