  LESS...AND AT TIMES DOWN TO A FEW HUNDRED FEET THROUGH TUESDAY
  MORNING. CONDITIONS SHOULD GRADUALLY IMPROVE LATE TUESDAY
  MORNING.

* THE DENSE FOG WILL CREATE HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS DUE TO
  POOR VISIBILITIES.
