.ABUNDANT LOW LEVEL MOISTURE AND LIGHT WINDS COMBINED FOR AREAS OF
DENSE FOG THIS MORNING. VISIBILITIES HAVE IMPROVED OVER MOST
AREAS SHORTLY AFTER SUNRISE...BUT SOME AREAS OVER EAST TEXAS AND
CENTRAL LOUISIANA WILL BE AROUND ONE QUARTER OF A MILE. CONDITIONS
ARE EXPECTED THEREAFTER.
