  TEMPERATURES DROPPING INTO THE UPPER 20S TO LOWER 30S OVER
  MUCH OF THE REGION.

* TIMING...FREEZING TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED TONIGHT AND
  THURSDAY MORNING BETWEEN 2 AND 9 AM ET.

* IMPACTS...AREA FRUIT TREES AND STRAWBERRIES ARE BLOOMING...
  MAKING THEM SUSCEPTIBLE TO FREEZE DAMAGE. ADDITIONAL EARLY
  SPRING TIME VEGETABLE CROPS...SUCH AS ONIONS AND SPINACH ARE
  ALSO VULNERABLE TO THESE SUBFREEZING CONDITIONS. AREA GROWERS
