...STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW DEVELOPING LATE MONDAY THROUGH TUESDAY
THROUGH AND BELOW PASSES AND CANYONS...

.LOW PRESSURE TRACKING THROUGH THE GREAT BASIN WILL SUPPORT STRONG
WESTERLY WINDS THROUGH THIS EVENING. THE WESTERLY WINDS WILL
WEAKEN SLIGHTLY AND TURN NORTH TO NORTHEAST BY MORNING AND BECOME
LOCALLY STRONG AND GUSTY THROUGH AND BELOW THE CAJON PASS AND THE
SANTA ANA MOUNTAIN CANYONS. THE WINDS WILL WEAKEN TEMPORARILY LATE
SUNDAY AND MONDAY...AND THEN INCREASE AGAIN AS HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS
SOUTH OVER THE GREAT BASIN. HIGH WINDS WILL BE POSSIBLE LATE
MONDAY THROUGH TUESDAY ALONG THE COASTAL FOOTHILLS AND THROUGH AND
BELOW THE CAJON AND SAN GORGONIO PASSES. STRONGEST GUSTS UP TO 75 MPH
ARE EXPECTED ALONG THE SAN DIEGO COUNTY COASTAL FOOTHILLS. BREEZY
