OF LOW PRESSURE OVER THE NORTHERN PANHANDLE WILL MOVE WEST TO
CAPE SUCKLING BY THURSDAY. AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE WILL REMAIN
OVER THE NORTHWESTERN GULF INTO WEDNESDAY NIGHT.
