FRONT WILL PASS SE ACROSS THE WATERS TODAY INTO TONIGHT. THE LOW
WILL INTENSIFY E OF THE WATERS THU INTO THU NIGHT...AS HIGH PRES
BUILDS E INTO THE WATERS. THE WEAKENING HIGH WILL CROSS THE
WATERS FROM W TO E LATE THU NIGHT INTO FRI. A DEVELOPING LOW WILL
MOVE OFF THE COAST NEAR CAPE HATTERAS FRI NIGHT...PASS E ACROSS
THE CENTRAL WATERS SAT...THEN MOVE OFF TO THE E SAT NIGHT WHILE A
WEAK HIGH PRES RIDGE BUILDS NEAR THE COAST. A DEVELOPING LOW PRES
