TIGHT PRESSURE GRADIENT BETWEEN THE FRONT AND STRONG HIGH PRES
TO ITS N BUILDING EASTWARD ACROSS THE AREA IS RESULTING IN
STRONG N TO NE WINDS WITH FREQUENT GUSTS TO GALE FORCE WINDS
OVER MUCH OF THE NW AND N CENTRAL GULF PORTIONS WITH MAINLY
SUSTAINED NW TO N WINDS IN W CENTRAL AND SW GULF PORTIONS. THE
COLD FRONT WILL PUSH S TO ALONG A POSITION FROM THE NEAR FLORIDA
KEYS TO 24N85W ...AND STALL TO 22N92W S TO NEAR 18.5N92W BY
EARLY TONIGHT. GALE FORCE WINDS WILL BE CONFINED TO THE SW GULF
TONIGHT. THESE WINDS ARE FORECAST TO SLOWLY DIMINISH ON SAT AND
SAT NIGHT ALONG WITH THE SEAS SLOW TO SUBSIDE AS THE FRONT SAGS
S AS A WEAKENING STATIONARY FRONT...AND THE STRONG HIGH PRES
